A Japanese stalker called Arima at the tour in Israel

I took a tour to Dead Sea last week from Jerusalem. I saw some people filming in the Masada national park building before the ruin visit.

I took another tour yesterday and I saw the same guy took the mini-bus with me to the bus change area. He was Japanese and was holding a yellow color Japanese tourist guidebook like a typical perpetrator image. He was from Adar Hotel and the drop off was further funny, another woman left there with him.

Anyway, here is the video of him filming in Masada. And here is the image of him as the evidence. I sent it to the Israel police as the stalker's information.
